3 Intentions I Am Setting This Week To Reset My Body & Mind

I won’t lie to you, I’m struggling!

My head is spinning, my self-care has gone completely out the window, and I am now feeling a bit under the weather.

So this week, I decided to press pause and use my intentions to have a little reset to get myself back on track.

I am going to keep my plans to a minimum and focus on getting myself a bit better organised. With a less haphazard daily routine, I should start to feel better and get used to the many changes that seem to have come my way.

Here are my intentions this week.

No alcohol

Usually, I don’t like chucking this one on here as it leads to thoughts of failure if I happen to have a glass of wine somewhere along the way. This week I think its the most important factor if I am going to feel like myself again. I don’t have any plans to go out and the way I have been feeling lately, I know that a break from alcohol will significantly improve how I feel.

Organise my days better

I’ve been so all over the place lately. I’ve given myself tasks to do and wasted time daydreaming or scrolling on my phone. There hasn’t been much structure to my day and where I have tried to put something in place, I have found myself doing something else instead. I’m going to plan my days better and take regular breaks to avoid the tiredness I’ve been experiencing.

Get some good night’s sleep

Its not just my routine during the day that’s suffering, my night-time routine has gone completely out the window. I’ve been going to bed at different times, and waking up at different times and my body is very confused. I’m going to get myself into bed and asleep by 11 pm so that I am fresh and ready for my walk in the morning.
