My first day of 121 coaching. I’m weighing in every day so I can see how the scales aren’t the be all an end all. I’m 3lbs heavier than yesterday
My foot aches & my leg aches, probably from all the weird hobbling I’ve been doing for the last week. I was planning on doing some morning walks, but I don’t think it’s going to help matters. I’m also supposed to be going for a walk with my friend tomorrow night, looks like that’s out the window as well. I actually wanted to get my steps up this week as well.
Despite my lack of mobility, I finish the day with 20 calories in the bank. A successful start to the week.
