Sunday 12th July 2020
It’s the last day of my first week of 121. I know I could have done a lot better and the scales reflect this. I’ve put on another 1lb, when I check my progress on the app, I’ve put on ANOTHER stone since February The average for my first week is a 1lb gain. I have to remind myself that this is at bad considering I was out 3 times this week and I didn’t stay in a calorie deficit.
I do really think Kristy can finally be the one to help me out of this hole.
I go back to bed and treat myself to a Sunday lie in, promising myself this week will be better.
When I get up, I meticulously plan my food for the week, I plan to have easy to cook back ups available to stop the lazy takeaway ordering or for if I don’t fancy eating what’s planned. I know from experience that being organised is key.
I decide to check out Apple TV which I have a years free subscription to. I decide on the morning show as I’m a big Jennifer Aniston fan. It was so much more than I thought it was going to be!
I spend some time in the garden, making the most of the weather, my leg is still hurting though and it would seem that another week off of walks and exercise is not going to happen. I actually really want to exercise now dammit!
